Susan Ibitz

Human Behavior Hacker | Lead Researcher | Trainer of Human Behavior Lab

I am in the career of catching liars—and teaching YOU how to catch them yourself & how to read people.

I already have read you. Do you want me to tell you what I see?

Who am I?

I am an introvert with social skills. I started my career as a journalist after my aspiration to become an FBI profiler crashed. The Dalai Lama said, “Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck.” He could not have been more right about that.

I loved my journalism career. I travelled the world, interviewing fascinating people, learning about human behavior on the field, and seeing things that a more orthodox career would never have allowed me to see.

A few years ago, I took a sabbatical and jumped back into school—a path I haven’t finished and never will.

I’m a nerd | geek junky. I don’t even own a TV; I read all the time, fill my ’phone with audio books and online classes.

I had the luxury to study and get certified with the best in each field. From Micro-Expression, Reading Faces—Physiognomy—Interrogation, Hostage Negotiation—YES, I am a certified Hostage Negotiator—to Statement Analysis.

I have been training sales teams, MDs, and professionals in the medical field. Did you know that most MDs are sued due to the misperceptions of patients and not due to real malpractice?

I have been training and teaching people in FIVE continents, 40 weeks a year, and have accumulated two million miles in my card. I have the luxury of waking up every morning happy to implement all this experience to help people become who they are. I have the best job in the world because I failed 26 years ago.

"Failure is the chance to become the better you"
